Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping and paid expedited shipping.

Free Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping provides free shipping service. We use ocean freight combined with local UPS delivery. Typically, standard shipping takes 3–5 weeks for door-to-door delivery. You don’t need to pay any extra fees for standard shipping.
Fast Shipping
Express Shipping
For express shipping, we usually use China Post Airline, EMS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Express shipping typically delivers door-to-door within 2–3 weeks.
Please note: the express shipping fee does not include customs duties. You are responsible for paying duties and customs charges; we are not responsible for these additional costs.
Expedited Shipping Rates
The cost of expedited shipping varies depending on the shipping option you choose, as well as the order’s weight, dimensions, destination, and other factors. You can check the exact shipping cost at checkout.
Where are the items shipped from?
All items will be shipped from our China factory.
Free shipping on all packages
We proudly offer complimentary door-to-door shipping on all our products. Simply select the designated free shipping address during checkout to take advantage of this service. If you're prompted to pay for shipping at checkout, it indicates that your address unfortunately does not qualify for our free shipping offer.
Order response
Usually we respond within 72 hours after receiving the order request, and the package will be shipped within 3–5 working days.
Once shipped, an email with package tracking information will be provided.
Cancel Order
If you regret your purchase and need to cancel the order, please contact us within 72 hours. If this time is exceeded, we may not be able to meet your request, as the package may have already entered the delivery process. Please reach out to us if you have not yet received the shipping email notification.
Who Pays Import Duties and VAT?
In most cases, our packages pass through customs without VAT. However, in some cases—especially for large orders—we may need to provide additional information to customs and cooperate with buyers to provide documents.
Please note that each destination country has its own import tax threshold, which determines the value of goods that can be imported before import taxes are imposed. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in item prices or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Special Note for EU Customers
The European Union is composed of multiple countries, each with its own customs policies. If you purchase products from our website, EU customs may levy import duties based on the product’s packaging size and shape. These import duties must be paid by the buyer. The seller is not responsible for paying these duties, as they are collected by the local country’s customs.
Shipping Range
We currently support shipping to the following countries:
United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Canada, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, Australia, Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Turkey, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Ireland, Estonia, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Israel, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Mongolia, Philippines, Pakistan, Vietnam, India.
We can ship orders to most destinations worldwide. However, certain countries or regions may restrict or prohibit delivery of certain items. Before placing an order, please make sure you understand the relevant regulations and restrictions in your area.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Due to the nature of our business, items may arrive in multiple packages.
Shipping Tracking
We offer tracking services on all orders, so you can always know the status and location of your package. You can check the status of your order at any time through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Change of Estimated Delivery Date
If events beyond our or our delivery partners' control delay or prevent delivery on the originally estimated date and/or time, we or our delivery partners will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date. Delivery will take place when we deliver the products to the shipping address you provided.
If we are unable to deliver your order within 90 days, we will:
a) notify you,
b) cancel your order, and
c) issue you a refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing the order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages, nor for any related costs, if the issue is due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
Change of Address
After the package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address modification will be successful. If an address change is required, the carrier will charge an address change fee, and if the new address is far from the original one, the carrier may also charge an additional re-delivery fee.
l If you request us to make changes, we will send you an invoice to cover the additional cost.
l If you make changes directly with the carrier and the carrier charges us separately, we will also invoice you for that amount so we can break even.
Although the invoice will be collected by us, the full amount will be paid to the carrier on your behalf. We appreciate your understanding that while we cover the cost of mistakes made by ourselves, we cannot assume costs for mistakes beyond our control.
Rejected, Lost, Stolen, and Misdelivered Packages
l If there is no signature requirement, Postal Parcel or EMS will decide whether the area is safe to leave the package.
l If there is a signature requirement, the courier will attempt to get a signature at the address or nearby. If unsuccessful, they may leave a tracking message with further instructions.
If the package is returned due to loss, theft, or misdelivery, we can provide re-shipment services.
l Re-shipping is a paid service, and the fee will be based on the size and weight of your package.
l If the item is damaged or lost during shipping, we will send you a replacement bulb free of charge.
l If a package is marked as “delivered” but not found, it may still be nearby or on the truck. Usually, it will arrive the next day. If not, you must contact the carrier (Postal Parcel, UPS, EMS, etc.) and request a “tracking investigation”.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, tracking confirmation of the lost package must be completed within 7 days of delivery. Outside this timeframe, we cannot file a claim with the carrier.
Delivery Failed
When the package reaches the local area, the carrier will attempt delivery once for free. If delivery fails (due to no signature, wrong address, etc.), the carrier will hold the package at a local facility before returning it to us.
l If returned, the courier will charge us return shipping costs, and we are not responsible for these costs.
l If you want the package re-sent, we will invoice you for both the return-to-sender fee and the reshipment cost.
l If you no longer want the package, we will issue a refund minus a 30% restocking fee to cover lost shipping and packaging costs.
You must notify us within 30 days of the item being returned, otherwise we cannot arrange reshipment or refund.
Restricted Countries
We do not currently ship to the following destinations:
l Asia / Middle East: Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Georgia, India, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Nepal, Oman, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Yemen.
l Oceania / Pacific Islands: American Samoa, Cook Islands, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, New Caledonia, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Wallis and Futuna, Western Samoa.
l Europe: Albania, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, San Marino.
l All African countries.
l All South American countries.
