Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- Your lighting fixture must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The fixture must be unused.
- Your return should include all items in the original packaging.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items returned within 30 days are eligible for a refund via the original payment method.

- Custom orders
- Accessories and spare parts
- Shipping fees
Our 4-Step Return Process
1. Start a Return
Contact us and send a return request. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Ship Your Order to Our Warehouse
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If applicable, this includes any duties/taxes incurred from returning the product.
3. We Receive and Inspect Your Order
We will inspect and test the fixture to ensure everything is in proper working order.
4. Your Refund is Issued
A full or partial refund will be issued.
OHO LIGHTING reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking/refurbishment fee on returned items. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Additional Policies
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) so we can evaluate the issue and replace the part or fixture as needed.
Photos and/or videos are essential for our team to assess the issue and provide the best solution. If you wish to return the fixture, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. However, as long as we receive high-quality photos and/or videos clearly showing the defect, we will replace the fixture free of charge.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges unless the product is damaged/broken. If the fixture is damaged, please contact us, and we will assist with replacing the damaged part or fixture as appropriate.
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the current item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds for Undelivered Items
If you do not receive your package within 60 business days, you may request a full refund via email.
Please note: OHO LIGHTING is not responsible for replacement/refund if the package was sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the customer wishes to have the package reshipped due to an incorrect shipping address, shipping fees will not be covered.
